Is there a service Fee for using iPayment?
No, iPayment does not include any service fee. However, please check with your Credit Card
company and/or Financial Institution on any related fees for their services.

Can iPayment be used outside of the U.S.?
Yes, but only U.S. currency will be accepted.

Why does the session time out?
If there is no user activity for 15 minutes, the session will automatically time out.
This is a security feature for your protection.

Yes, as long as you provide an accurate E-mail address, you will receive confirmation of your processed payment.

Will my personal information be stored?
What information do I need to make a payment?
You will need a patient account number and the patient's date of birth. You may find the patient's
account number on the monthly statement you receive from the University Medical Center of El Paso.

When is money deducted from my account?
Funds will be deducted as soon as authorization of payment is complete.

Will I still receive monthly statements?
Yes, you will still receive monthly statements if the balance has not yet been paid in full.

Can Flex Spending Account (FSA) cards be used?
Yes. Simply go to the method of payment screen and select the logo that matches your
card and use your FSA card as a credit card (i.e. Master Card, VISA, etc...).
